    Warranty Coverage

    • During the warranty period, Best Pro Lighting will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use.
    • Maintenance such as periodic cleaning and grease applications are highly recommended. Warranty does not cover erosion and oxidation caused by external and/or environmental factors.

    Void of Warranty

    • This Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
    • Best Pro Lighting will not be responsible for any misuse or damage resulting from installation negligence.
    • Accident, Theft, fire, flood, lightning, power surges or outages, or other events or circumstances outside the control of Best Pro Lighting, or has not been operated in accordance with the operating and installation instructions or has been altered in any way will void warranty.

    Merchandise Return Process

    • Must have proof of purchase.
    • To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
    • No fixtures, transformers, or accessories may be returned by a customer without prior authorization.
    • It is the buyer's responsibility to ship any item(s) back at their expense to be repaired or exchanged. (No exceptions)
    • Best Pro Lighting will then ship the items back on BPL expense.

Transformer kVa Calculator

Transformer calculation & selection is easy -- simply add up the total wattage of the garden lights in your installation and choose your transformer based on the wattage needed, for example: 

(7 Fixtures) X's (20 Watt) = 140 watts needed to power your fixtures, so it's best ot use a 300 Watt since a 150W transformer will not give you enough buffer. By code, transformers should be derated to 80% of their maximum wattage rating, so your new landscape lighting system functions safely & stays properly lit for many years ahead.
