Best Pro Lighting Free Shipping Promotion Terms and Conditions

  • Orders $75.00 and over, shipping to addresses in the United States, qualify for our Fast Standard Shipping offer.
  • Orders given free freight will typically be shipped via Ground (UPS, FedEx)
  • Orders shipping to the contiguous lower 48 States are shipped from our warehouse in Southern California. Our logistics experts determine the quickest, most efficient route to get you your order as quickly as possible. That said, there will be cases where some items need to be shipped cross-country and require 5+ days of shipping.
  • Shipping changes, including package intercepts, address changes, may be subject to a Service fee per shipment.
  • For orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico & outside the United States please contact us directly @ 888 882 4823

The cut off time for same day shipping is 2:00 PM (PST) for phone and website orders excluding weekends and major holidays.

We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays.

Best Pro Lighting is not responsible for package on time delivery as freight carriers are beyond our control. Carriers delays due to weather or other circumstance are not the responsibility of Best Pro Lighting.

We require signature of delivery on all shipments over $500.00 with no exceptions. If you cannot be available to sign for delivery please call us for other options.

All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground (Commercial Addresses) or FedEx Home Delivery (Residential Addresses) unless otherwise requested.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns for exchanges or refunds must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

A Return Good Authorization (RGA) is required for all returns or exchanges by emailing us at contact us.

All returned items must be unused in a brand new condition with its original packaging - No Exceptions.

The returned items will be inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges of returned items if they are abused or under normal wear and tear condition.

If your returned items are not in a brand new condition and original packaging a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted.

Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Refunds will be processed 24 - 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise and will be credited to the same payment method used in original purchase.

All returns must include the original sales receipt with a description of the reason for the return/exchange.

We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise that has been shipped to us.
